Art and Music Programs

Angelica is proud to support the art studios at Coler Hospital and Carter Hospital. We pay for instructors who teach weekly classes and bring in visiting instructors, purchase professional-grade materials, and sponsor trips to museums and galleries for the resident artists.

Music therapy is another popular program that is an important outlet for many of the patients.  Angelica supplies instruments and pays music therapists to run the program and teach the patients to create, sing, move to and listen to music.

Angelica’s crochet program is another avenue for creative expression.  The participants make things for themselves and also create items to give to family and friends.
